Sorry, no. Bagpipes are owned by individual members. Uniforms & Drums are owned by the band and because of the expense and time to replace, can not be hired. But, the band is always keen for new members and will provide a uniform and drums for drummers.

Like any musical instrument, it will depend on natural aptitude. A fair amount of dedication and perseverance is required to develop the initial skills necessary for playing the pipes well. It is not an instrument to be learned easily, but a far greater sense of accomplishment can be found upon achieving a competent playing level that is not found when learning an easier instrument.
